Clement Attlee, because he also took care of the country as deputy PM during the war.
An oversight made by many, that while Churchill kept the morale high and international front, Attlee looked after all the domestic affairs.
I'm doing a special in lifetime bans for anyone who says Thatcher! ;-)
Thatcher couldn't be, because she ended up polarising society.
A great PM, yes, but by no means the best.
Tony Blair would rank higher than her, in my view.
But Attlee remains my choice.
